Details

Current the vcs task in CI does not have jj available, so it skips the tests that require jj. We need to get it to install jj (or add a tier 2 or 3) vcs-jj task that does.

I don't know if creating a toolchain job to build jj is the right approach or not.

I think we should be able to add jj toolchain tasks just like we did for uv in bug 1937688.

I'll look into it.
