Is it expected behavior that disabling Tracking Protection does not disable this isolation? In Firefox 140 this broke one of my userscript scenarios.
I embed an iframe from https://www.hdyc.neis-one.org into user profile pages on https://opensteetmap.org. This site provides profile statistics, but only for registered users. For authorization to work in the iframe on openstreetmap.org, users must disable Enhanced Tracking Protection. However, this no longer works.

I don't know what "follow-up for bug 1962124" was meant to cover, but your problem is being explicitly discussed in bug 1965552
