some discussion I became aware of focused on the frustrations of understanding try results and the confusion that push health brings. For the few people chatting the desired end state is to turn off push health to stop the confusion/misleading info.
I would like to consider that in this bug. It would help reduce code/dependencies in the treeherder code base which is always a good thing.
This would also require some outreach to developers. I believe right now we are at the point where the NEW failures are accurate enough that we can only display tests (ignoring builds) that have NEW failures which would result in a lot more green and less concern. This doesn't get us to a YES/NO decision. Push health didn't really get us there, but in its current state has some edge cases that make it very misleading.
In my mind if we could have this transition made soon (end of May or end of H2), it would help people focus on development.
