Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Library (History > Show All History on macOS)
2. Select a month like February or January (it's April at the time im writing this)'
3. See entries much later than the month selected (for instance, seeing entries from late February or even march after selecting January)

The column is labeled "most recent visit", that is intended as an absolute most recent, not specific to the selected timeframe.
That means the page was visited in January, but also in February.

there's some old bug tracking enhancement to this, but it's mostly for performance reasons.
