User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 This is a recent development: when I try to print or download a photo from the internet to disk, I'm getting a program freeze. I get the appropriate window (ie, to print, download, etc.), but after I hit "okay," the shadow from the window remains, the mouse pointer becomes a clock, and then everything stops. I can still use the mouse to move the clock around the screen, but the clock itself is not moving, and I can't click on anything or go to any other programs. Eventually I am required to force quit Mozilla. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try to print or download. 2. Click "okay" on the window. 3. Actual Results: Exactly what is described in the problem section. Expected Results: Print or download the file without incident (which I can do from IE).
Can you close Mozilla and delete the file "xul.mfl" in your Mozilla-user directory/folder ?
