lando should provide better error messages when landing fails

At the moment, the only detail we have from Lando is "FAILED". Sometimes can be a diff failing to apply, an issue with a revision for a tag, or plenty of other reasons. More detail here would help us debug issues and avoid pinging Lando developers for logs/tracebacks.
