196400 - When I click on url to open one of the pages the new pages does not have scroll bar

Whe I click on the URL for one of the pages it opens a new Navagator window and
the scroll bar on the right is missing.  At this point I can not see the rest of
the page.  If I open a new tab and copy the url into it the  page works just
fine.  I took the origial URL and tried it in IE and it works just fine. 
(Perhapse I need to reboot, or have corrupt install?)

1.open page http://www.shuttle.com/new/award/award3.asp?model=SN41G2
2.clink on the hardocp picture which opens
http://hardocp.com/article.html?art=NDE2  the code at the page source is

onclick="window.open('open_award.asp?url=1$http://hardocp.com/article.html?art=NDE2','','location=yes,menubar=yes,status=yes,toolbar=yes,resizable=yes')"

height=40 border="0"  I took out the angle brackets.

Actual Results:  
Can not see all of the page, no scroll bar to view more, not sure it is loading.

The page does the same thing in IE 5.5. Either the link should have another
parameter for the ASP at shuttle.com or the ASP is messed up; either way, it's
shuttle.com's problem, not Mozilla's. INVALID.
