To improve the bookmarks experience on large devices, the UI's width should be capped to 600 (the max container width token).

Flagging QE more for awareness that the bookmarks list UI for tablets and other large devices is now capped to a width of ~600 and centered on the screen.

There are some screenshots attached to the patch for an example of what this now looks like.
