Steps to reproduce:
Right Vertical Tabs on, fullscreen on youtube, twitch, etc., hide mouse by moving the mouse all the way to the right of the screen

Expected results:
Detect when media is fullscreen and not have a blue line appear when moving the mouse to the right of the screen

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Sidebar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I can reproduce this issue in Nightly v140.0a1 from 2025-05-05 and Beta v139.0b5 and I can confirm the fix in Nightly v140.0a1 from 2025-05-07 and 2025-05-08. Testing was performed in Windows 10, Ubuntu 22, MacOS 11 Intel and MacOS 14 ARM. This issue might be specific to Windows and Linux since it could not be reproduced on either MacOS.
The fix will be verified in Beta v139.0b6 when available.
