Steps to reproduce:
Drag a tab strictly vertically inside the task bar, and then release it.
Actual results:
The tab will move to the very end of the tabbar.
Expected results:
The tab should stay at the same position in the tab bar

I believe vertical tabs bugs go in the sidebar component, where the vertical tabs metabug lives.
