Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable Vertical Tabs and Collapse the sidebar.
  2. Open a Few Tabs.
  3. Click the X Close button from the Tab and drag the tab on the Vertical Tab strip.

Expected result

  • The Tabs should not be able to move when dragged from the X Close button

Actual result

  • Tabs can be moved from the X Close button with a Vertical Collapsed sidebar.
