+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1766878 +++

Opening this earlier than usual as I'm not sure what the proper timing is for this right now.
In the past, it was usually cloned when the ESR version reached mozilla-beta, but since this is the first ESR post git migration, this might require extra time/steps.
