Night Sky HCM is turned on
Light Mode theme is turned on in Firefox
STR:
Please note: it is important to turn HCM on first and then open Firefox. Otherwise, you may be unable to replicate the issue. Ensure the Mozilla VPN app is open before completing these steps.
- Turn on Night Sky in Windows HCM
- Open Nightly
- In this step you can find any link. I chose to go to Google Scholar and search 'accessibility'
- Press
Shift + Alt
to get the Link Preview to appear. This will show the default HCM styles - Click any link inside of the Link Preview. Then return to the page with the Link Preview and observe the hovered HCM style
Actual:
For the visited link, the text color is #80ff80
on a white background which fails contrast guidelines. The contrast ratio is 1.27:1
Expected:
The visited link color should meet a color contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 per WCAG SC 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum)
