When starting phoenix, windows complains about referenced memory cannot be read.

Complete error message, from bug 196512 comment #1:

The instruction at "0x77fcc4b6" referenced memory at "0x01624408". The memory
could not be "read".
I get this too, same Phoenix build on Windows XP.  After the 50% of startups
that don't crash, there's a lot of flashing whenever I go from one page to
another, which may or may not be related to the crash.

The 20030310 build seems to be working fine on Win98.  I'll test it on
Windows 2000 when I get a chance.

Ok, today's build also works on Windows 2000.
