Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://dotnetfiddle.net/
- Observe the page
Expected Behavior:
The mobile version is received
Actual Behavior:
The desktop version is received, which expands to the right
Notes:
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome
- The endpoint of the URL is missing the /Mobile entry
