Everytime a page loads or refreshes, whether by clicking a link, or just
switching back to the browser window from something else, the rendering area
flashes black once or twice before displaying the page.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Phoenix
or
1. Click a link
or
1. Switch away from Phoenix so its covered by something else
2. Switch back
or
1. Minimize Phoenix
2. Restore it
or
1. Expand a select box on a page.
Actual Results:
Render window flashes black, then shows page.
Expected Results:
Show page without flashing.

Same problem with build 20030308 and Windows 98.
A gray pannel appears and flashing black lines crosses the window.
I go back to build 20030303, because it render better !
