Decision task is broken again by https://hg-edge.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/d2a388fd0149. I can fix it by removing the from-repo and to-repo data from our config.yml, but I suspect that's going to be a temporary fix, so I'll leave this bug open and hand it over to the build team.

These patches are organized as close to 1:1 with the Firefox patches as possible. They need more tweaking, and there is an important discussion to be had whether we want our future repos to be prefixed with tb, thunderbird, or comm when we eventually move to GitHub down the line.

The scopes required by the landoscript scriptworker also need to be added to fxci-config still. Additionally, the scriptworker itself may need to be tweaked to accommodate Thunderbird. Ben should be able to give input on what we do/n't need.
