Steps to reproduce

1. Download a couple of different files.
2. Go to Downloads.
3. Observe if the "Search" button is displayed.

Expected behavior

The search icon is displayed in the Downloads page when there are downloaded file available.

Actual behavior

The search icon is missing, even with downloaded files present in the Downloads page.

Device information

• Firefox version: Beta 139.0b5
• Android device model/Android OS version: Google Pixel 8 Pro (Android 15) and any device.

Hey [:dpop],
Thanks for reporting this! This is actually intended. We have search behind a feature flag right now as we are still working on the feature. We accidentally let this get into beta so Bug 1963018 just reverted that accidental "leak"
