Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to: https://www.shopblt.com/item/next-level-racing-nlr-e011-elite-seat/qg96_nlre011.html
  2. Scroll the page and access the "Related Items" tab
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the tab's content
  4. Mouse over the last few items in the list.
  5. Observe the page

Expected Behavior:
Nothing happens

Actual Behavior:
The page flickers

Notes:

  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
  • Does not reproduce in chrome
