I'm filing a single bug with the intention that it can be a single tracker and people can post phab patches to land straightforward swaps of documentation without filing individual bugs, which doesn't seem worth it in terms of the admin burden to get the docs updated - I'm setting leave-open to facilitate that. If you're planning on tackling large sets of doc changes, perhaps comment here so people don't redo the same work.
