Clicking the ok button in remove folder dialog box does nothing

When I try to rename a folder, after clicking ok or pressing Enter nothing
happens, I only can click on cancel button. Its name is beginnig with !
(exclamation mark) and contains non-english characters.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
Reporter do you still see this problem with the latest nightly, or even 1.7.3?
If not, this bug has probably been fixed and can be closed. Thanks.
