Details
In Microsoft Word, if you choose to find a word and click Find Again, you can
then click Cancel and, after the Find dialog is gone, you can press Ctrl+Pg Up
to search backwards in the doc for that item or press Ctrl+Pg Dn to search down
in the doc for that item. This is a very smooth way to search up and down for a
given word.

Yes, but ctrl+pgup and ctrl+pgdown already do something -- they switch tabs.
