When moving a message from an IMAP folder to a local folder X-Mozilla-Status en
X-Mozilla-Status2 get added although they're already present.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. manually move a message from IMAP to local folder
2. see headers

Actual Results:  
header doubled

Expected Results:  
left original header

I'm seeing this with messages moved by the Junk mail controls from an IMAP
folder to my Junk folder on a local disk.
