When I launch Mozilla, a dialog box pops up reading "line 34 : syntax error :
illegal character". Contact System Administrator. When I close the dialog box,
the program starts as usual, but with GUI errors (buttons distorted, themes
combined, etc.) I can't save preferences or change themes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Mozilla 1.2.1

3.

Actual Results:  
The problem occurred after installation.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should start properly, with no GUI errors, and allow me to save
preferences and change themes.
