At http://www.google.com (or any page with a button) if you click on the "Google
Search" or "I'm feeling lucky" submit buttons a white line appears during and
after the click on the submit button you clicked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://www.google.com
2. Click either "Google Search" or "I'm feeling lucky"

Actual Results:  
A white line appears across the submit button

Expected Results:  
The sumbit button to be rendered normally
