197284 - Release Notes (1.3b~1.4) states mozilla won't run off of UFS partitions

the installtfixation notes state mozilla won't run on a ufs partition. searching
bugzilla it seems this issue is resolved since the introduction of the
mach0-releases (the relevant bug is flagged resolved, wontfix and near the end
of the thread the comments state the mach0-releases work fine).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.point your browser at www.mozilla.org
2.navigate to the current release notes
3.click on the "installation notes link"
4.read ;-)

Actual Results:  
i got confused

Expected Results:  
not confuse me. At least there should be a link to an unclosed bug that states
mozilla still doesn't run on ufs (i couldn't find one).

sorry, can't verify at the moment as i've only got linux installed on my mac.

Fixed based upon bug #86538, comment #80. Still some random cruft in the file 
that came from god knows where, will fix later.

Adding [fixed-on-base]. This has been fixed on the base release notes and will 
not appear in future versions. This needs fixed on current release notes.

Not sure why this wasn't fixed for the 1.3.1 notes... as it is fixed in 1.4b
