Somehow a link to the Personal Toolbar Folder is in the Personal Toolbar Folder.
This creates an recursive (theoretical) infinite depth of folders within the
Personal Toolbar Folder. I am unable to delete the link.

Not allowed this "bookmark" to be there.

According to bug 97424 comment #39, this bug exists on the Personal Toolbar
only, and should be fixed soon.
