Can't download new mail, can't build new, custom filters bicause the interface
is not responsive to mouse clicks.  You can't use the customize function to add
a new field that isn't already present. When clicking on a box in the filter
builder, the expected checkmark doesn't appear, sometimes, if you close
everything down, then reopen to the same place the checkmark may appear but not
always.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.right click on a message header, select, create message filter.
2.try to make all the necessary entries for building your filter.
3.you can't, interface doesn't respond to mouse clicks.

Actual Results:  
Mostly you can't create a filter but if you happen to get it done, you can close
the filter interface, the filter still doesn't work, go back to check the filter
and the key, such as, the email address you're filtering is gone, there is no
entry in that dialog box where the filter info should be.

Expected Results:  
I expect to be able to build a working filter, it worked good a while back.
