using about:config (a really neat feature btw) created
user_pref("browser.history.url.datacapture.mode", 2);
for grins, changed user_pref("browser.urlbar.autocomplete.learning.mode", 2); as
suggested. tried some auto completes. no dice: no url-data.txt. no ac-weights.txt.

is this pilot error? a billyware problem? dunno

To the best of my knowledge this feature is NOT available in 1.4 builds. 
{also not in 1.3 release, but only in other 1.3 branch builds). This one would
be invalid.

However, turning this into a feature request to implement this for 1.4 builds as
well, but it's up to Nisheeth Ranjan to decide if they gather enough data
without the 1.4 builds.
