It seems Mozilla always starts on the 'Primary monitor'. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Startup Mozilla, it will start on the Primary Monitor 2. Move Mozilla to second monitor 3. Exit Mozilla 4. Goto 1. Actual Results: See problem description. Expected Results: Should have started on second monitor after Mozilla restart.
