when typing about: in the addr. bar..
phoenix (win32 2003-03-16) gives:

and when u go there from "Help | About | Copyright n contributor information"
it seems like to try to open a new main window, but it shows one main window
only in taskbar... and i need to click close button to go back to previous
window....
opening the about: in new tab is preferred :)
