I recently upgrated from Mozilla 1.2b to Mozilla 1.3.  Soon after I started
getting those nasty pop-up ads at different web sites.  I went into the
Preferences menu under advanced, scrips & plugins and discovered that the Open
unrequested windows checkbox is no longer present.  I see 7 other checkboxes but
this one is no longer there.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the Edit->preferences->Advanced->Script & plugins menu
2.Try to find the Open unrequested Windows checkbox that used to be present in
previous versions of Mozilla
3. Observe that it is no longer there and you cannot dissable popup ads like in
previous versions



Expected Results:  
Please put the Open Unrequested Windows checkbox back into the scripts and
plugins menu.
