197775 - Does not render detailed map when doing map search on http://www.espc.co.uk

On http://www.espc.co.uk there is a map search facility. You can select the
option and it will display the region you clicked on. However, if you choose a
more detailed view (zoom in), the browser fails to load the images that make up
the map. Instead you get 4 links on the page each saying "250k map" This used to
work perfectly on 1.2.1, so I don't know what is different.

Built from RH 7.x SRPM file. Previously had used talkback build.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.espc.co.uk
2. Select "Map Search"
3. Pick a region highlighted dark blue or a red dot. Doesn't matter which one.
4. when the map appears,click on an area to get more detail.
5. Problem should now appear.

Actual Results:  
No detailed map of the area

Expected Results:  
Detailed map of the area selected.
