User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; Q312461) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312 After upgrading to Mozilla 1.3, I am not able to connect to any web site, including sites on the local LAN. The error message is: 'The connection was refused when attempting to connect to <url>. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Remove installation of Mozilla 1.0 2. Install Mozilla 1.3 3. Attempt to access any web site Actual Results: See 'Details' Since I was not able to connect to anything with 1.3, I uninstalled it and reinstalled 1.0. With 1.0, I was again able to connect to all web sites, although my Theme was reset to the default. After changing the Theme in 1.0, it crashed every time on startup, indicating probable corruption of my Profile. I then deleted the profile, removed 1.0 and reinstalled 1.3. Still getting the same result, i.e. Connection Refused for any site.
