Randomly on some sites and everytime on http://www.fileplanet.com the download
manager will delete the first two characters of the file name before initiating
the download.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto http://www.fileplanet.com.
2.Download a file.
Actual Results:
Download manager incorrectly displayed the file name being downloaded.
Expected Results:
Correctly displayed the filename of the download.
