When I create a new newsgroup account, then trying to set "Use secure connection
(SSL)", it is not saved when I click OK. Re-opening the Account Settings shows
that it is not set and my prefs.js file shows no mention of ssl or 563 in the
mail settings.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Newsgroup Account
2. Under the account settings, check "Use secure connection (SSL)"
3. Click OK
Actual Results:
The setting is not saved.
Expected Results:
The setting should be saved in prefs.js
