Description

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130
Build Identifier: Mozilla 1.3

I cleared all cookies, Temporary Internet Files and history. The same error
results regardless of what URL is used. The same problem happens with Internet
Explorer 5.5. I am able to get a modem phone connection to MSN (my ISP) and ping
127.0.0.1. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Mozilla 1.3 and previously did the
same with 1.2.1. I uninstalled and reinstalled TCP/IP, Winsock2 (known good
version) and Index.dat.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Simply start Mozilla.
2. The page that comes up says "Page cannot be displayed."
3. Enter other URLs, get same message.

Actual Results:
"Page cannot be displayed."

Expected Results:
Web page.
>The same problem happens with Internet Explorer 5.5.

That means that this is problem with your system -> invalid

Be sure that you don't have a firewall installed (possible already deinstalled
but still causing this [Zone Alarm]).

you should see with "ipconfig /all" if you got a correct IP, gateway and DNS
server from your IP
