Changed Explorer to "x".
(BTW, I can't handle diffs in my Localization tool, I just can read it and
re-type the text. And I don't really like to change behavior on all other
platforms, just because Windows has a doubled accesskey...)
FIXED in XPI Nightly Pack 2003-03-26-11.
