In the "View" menu, "Text Zoom (100%)" is gray (unusable).  Perhaps this is the
way it's supposed to be for this page, but it isn't apparent why.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the URL provided, including all advertisements.
2. Go to the "View" menu.
3. Observe that "Text Zoom" is grayed-out.


Actual Results:  
None.

Expected Results:  
Allowed me to zoom.


http://www.cnn.com uses much the same layout, but it can be zoomed.

I could only reproduce this if I first opened the View menu while the page was
loading.  In any case, this is really a front-end issue.  It also applies to a
bunch of items on the View menu: Text Zoom, Use Style, Character Coding, and
Page Source.

CLUE:  If you go to the "View" menu when the page is partially loaded (don't
know how much, sorry), then "Text Zoom" is available.

I notice that this appears to be exactly opposite what David Baron said in
Comment #2 (thanks for the very rapid feedback, David).  It may be that you need
to restart the browser, reconnect to the Internet, or reboot Win98, in order to
see this bug.  It should be the first page you visit.

For me it was available while the page was loading, but then disabled later.
