There doesn't seem to be any way to cut/copy and paste address book entries
(e.g. from one address book to another. The issue arose when I imported my
Outlook Express address book (which worked well) and then wanted to move the
addresses from the "Outlook Express Address Book" to my "Personal Address Book".
The Edit menu options for Cut, Copy and Paste are greyed out - Delete Card.. is
available.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import or otherwise create an Address Card in one Address Book
2. Attempt to copy it to a different Address Book

Actual Results:
The option to cut/copy was not available.

Expected Results:
There should be cut and paste functionality for Address Cards.
Kendall, the WORKAROUND is to DRAG & DROP cards from the right hand pane to the
book or list in the left hand pane. You're right that the menu options are
disabled, and that's covered by bug 35837.
