The content_style.css is not attached to shortcuts.html. Therefore it is
rendered differently in help bowser window.

Please insert the following line into the HEAD section:

type="text/css">

However, the <ul> at the top of the page still looks different to the grey
table boxes on the other help pages, but that's another bug...
