Not sure how this one got under the radar. Daniel, are you fixing the bad nav
anchors in bug 153671? The MailNews anchors should be fixed by bug 214116.

Marking as FIXED. I checked through help and fixed lots of dead links that I 
found. I think that this bug was fixed while I was doing that.
