I cannot access to 20030228 build. if someone could send me xpcom.dll or its
makefile, it would be great. Trying with 20030318 seamonkey installer. If it
works that means that the installer is horked
Depends on: 195614

WFM with a talkback installation.
I did not install the Calendar yet but other XPI install worked fine and clean
(MZ in program/chrome for example). This is not relative to multizilla, but i
have to uninstall the 1.401 of my locale/chrome or to switch profile to check
it. As Mozilla weren't running when i installed i can't see what would MZ in
local/chrome do with DLL missing in a ground install.I'll try tomorrow the
installer. There was several DLLs missing as i installed with either the
installer and the Sea installerand Mozilla was closed
If someone can verify in mean time the installer and if it works put a WFM in
the dependance tree of this bug.

WFM with latest [2003031710]mozilla-win32-svg-libart-mathml.zip
Peter: did you use installer ?
Step to reproduce :
1. use either Sea installer or installer in a new folder or install talkback in
a new folder
2. try to install Calendar (wich leads bug 134432)
3. try to open about:plugins page
