Details

Load XML viewer, with a file like http://jmd.us/mozilla/ttb.rss Resize the application window so XML viewer must all of a sudden wrap most of the lines. Display area starts "bobbing" (hard to describe). URL bar icon also jumps up and down. CPU use hits 100%. Resizing the window to normal size doesn't exit this state. Mozilla doesn't redraw in the new window area, but continues to bob it's rendering up and down in the old area. Restart seems to be required. Gecko/20030317 Phoenix/0.5
This doesn't always occur. Seems to take me 10-20 resizes before it starts. Closing the current tab doesn't stop the locked state. Not sure if it helps or not, but I've had a 3-6 tabs open when I tried to trigger this. This is Linux, too.
