198097 - OS X: no focus ring (aqua style) around focused textfields and listboxes

Description

couldn't find a bug on this, but reassign or dup as needed.

we get aqua-styled focus rings around all html form controls, except for
single-line input fields and multi-line textareas. only the cursor displays when
focus is in such textfields.

this occurs in both camino and nscp (mozilla) trunk builds.

for comparison, safari does display the aqua focus ring around textfields (along
with the cursor) when in focus.

Camino (so probably also Mozilla, but haven't checked a current build) also does
not show a focus ring around <select multiple="multiple">.  Neither does Safari,
but Safari doesn't draw focus rings in other instances when Camino does. 
(Safari indicates focus with the intensity of the highlighting, which is nice
unless nothing is selected.)

Camino's current behavior is to draw a Gecko focus caret around an <option> in
such a <select> when it has focus, but this is not a very Mac-like solution. 
The entire <select> should get an Aqua focus ring.  Bonus points for also
darkening the selection.

using 2005010710-trunk firefox, this affects both xul and html forms.

using camino 0.82, this only affects html form fields; input fields in ui
elements do display the blue aqua focus ring. I'll need to retest this once
today's camino trunk build is available.

I think this is really an accessibility issue. Something needs to be done about the focus situation on all mac widgets in XUL/HTML. :-(
