(sfraser, what's the limit?)

note, we already planned on making this:

"Run Junk Mail Controls on Selected Folder...", but that's not much shorter.

maybe "Analyze Selected Folder..." ? (but I'm not sure that this provides enough
info that the folder will be analyzed for junk mail)

fits.

changed it to "Analyze Selected Messages For Junk..."

there's an existing bug that tracks the issue of changing it 
from:
"Analyze Selected Messages For Junk..."
to:
"Analyze Selected Folder For Junk..."

Note: New spec suggested "Run Junk Mail Controls on Folder"

fixed to be "Run Junk Mail Controls on Folder", as I've also implemented the
backend for that.  see bug #198749

Using trunk build 20030325 on mac osx classic and modern theme this is fixed.
