When I open a new tab, my home page automatically loads in the new tab window.
The new tab window should be blank and focus should be at the URL dialog box
ready for pasting a URL, typing a URL or clicking on a bookmark.
This was working properly a week ago.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a new tab window
2.The new tab window has the home page automatically loaded
3.

Actual Results:
The new tab window automatically loads the home page.

Expected Results:

I actually tried looking for this one. I searched for bugs containing "tabbed"
and "brows" and/or "windows". The search did bring up the the parent bug.
I'll try to be more careful next time.
