trying to set up junk mail controls; use Imap server. after the ok, I get the
Alert: "The current command did not succeed. The mail server responded:
Permission denied"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mail
2. Tools
3. Junk Mail Controls
4. OK

Actual Results:  
I get the Alert: "The current command did not succeed. The mail server
responded: Permission denied"

Expected Results:  
some more encouraging message

happens with Norton anti virus both on and off

Imap does not have folder Junk.
When Local folder Junk created problem is resolved
