The full screen mode (reached via F11 key) should functionally match the
"Navigation Toolbar".

Actually, once the Nav Toolbar becomes customizable, the Full Screen mode should
probable always reflect what the normal mode looks like - but zthat is another
(future) bug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in browser, press F11 (or select "View | Full Screen")
Actual Results:  
Full screen mode is activated, but has no print button.

Expected Results:  
Full screen mode should have a print button to the right of the URL field, and
to the left of the throbber (just like in normal mode).
