If I have understood the spec correctly
* Thread & Message pane context: separator between Copy To and Label is wrong
* Message pane context: missing separator before Move To

Using this build I only see the problem with the second issue

I still see both problems with the message pane context menu.

Neil, the thread pane is ok now, right?
(your comment #4 sort of says this already)
And the separator in the message pane is covered by bug 197278.
So this could be resolved. Any objections?
